Our Organization has been named in the honour of Pandit Laxmi Kanta Maitra. Before starting about us we would like to introduce the man who made the way for us , so we can go forward so long in future.

(Born on July 23, 1895 and died on July 25, 1953)
M.A.B.L, Advocate; Kabya-Sankhya Tirtha; Born at Narayangunj, Distract Dacca, now Bangladesh, on July 23, 1895. Died at Krishnagar, Nadia, on July 25, 1953. Ed. At Dacca Govt. College, Presidency College, Calcutta; Calcutta University Law College; Agent, Federal Court, Supreme Court,New Delhi.
Member, Central Legislative Assembly, 1934-46; Re-elected to Central Legislative Assembly in 1946 from the Calcutta Constituency; member, provisional Parliament of India; Member, Constituent Assembly, 1947; Member, Governing Council, Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore; Member, Central Advisory Board of Education; Chairman, Rthabilitation Finance Administration since its inception. Founder President, San.tiptir College; Secretary, Congress Nationalist Party in Central Legislative Assembly, 1934-45; Member, Delhi University Court, 1935-40, Mernber, All India Counsel of Technical Education; Member Central Advisory Board of Health, 1937-45; Founder President, Bangiya Puran Parisad, Santipur; President, all India Postal and R.M.S.
